Route:
In the city you will meet your guide and we will go to the Kegeti Gorge, on the way visiting the remains of the ancient capital of the great Karakhanid state - Burana. Your guide will show you mausoleums and other buildings discovered by archaeologists during excavations; you will climb to the top of an ancient tower from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Chui Valley and the Tien-Shan mountains; visit a small museum, which displays various archaeological finds made on the territory of the settlement, and an open-air museum, where ancient grave stones, stones with petroglyphs and other interesting historical objects found in our country are collected. After a walk on the territory of the ancient city we will continue our way to the Kegeti Gorge. Kegeti Gorge is one of the most beautiful in Kyrgyzstan. Kegeti is different from other gorges by its big width and spaciousness. Kegeti is the most forested gorge in the Chui Valley. The gorge is also famous for its alpine meadows, medicinal plants and berries. Upon arrival to Kegeti Gorge we will have time to walk around the surroundings, sit surrounded by rocks and take pictures.
After that we will drive to the finishing point of our trip, this is Ysyk-Ata Gorge with hot springs and a resort.The resort in Issyk-Ata is the oldest resort of Chui Valley and has been functioning since 1895. This place has been known for its geothermal activity since ancient times, in Soviet times it became one of the most famous resorts in Kyrgyzstan. Hydrogen sulfide water is an excellent remedy for a wide range of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, gastrointestinal tract and many others.
On arrival at the hot springs we will be welcomed by a pool with sulfuric hot waters, where we can relax after a busy day surrounded by mountains of Ysyk-Ata Gorge. After the end of the active part return to Bishkek.
