As soon as we arrive at the place, you will feel the power and spiritual energy that envelop these holy lands. Manzhyly Ata is considered a place of healing, restoration and purification, and therefore this day will be dedicated to the restoration and purification of our body and soul. We will begin our walk through 13 holy springs, each of which has its own unique energy and ability to heal body and soul. You can try each of these sources and enjoy their miraculous properties. During our walk, you will also learn a lot about the local history and mythology associated with these holy lands. You will feel how the power of nature penetrates into you and fills your being with harmony and tranquility. Upon arrival at the waterfall, we are waiting for amazing practices that will help strengthen our connection with nature and bring new emotions and sensations into our lives. After practicing at the waterfall and communicating with nature on the descent from the waterfall, shamanic practices will be waiting for us at the foot of the Seven Bulls Cliff, where shamanic practices are waiting for us to strengthen our health and spiritual strength. We will plunge into the secrets of ancient rituals that have been passed down from generation to generation, and feel the influence of the magical forces of nature. Then we went to the southern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul and visited the mystical canyon "Zhomok" or "Fairy Tale", where the surrounding nature struck with its beauty and inspired spiritual reflections.
